Terms and conditions of sale:
- All items remain the property of Home Arcades until paid for in full.
- All used machines are reconditioned and in full working order when
shipped. They come with a 30 day warranty.
- All games are sold used
unless stated otherwise.
- A minimum 25% deposit is
required when you place your order. Payment in full is required
prior to shipping or delivery.
- No item will be removed from sale until payment is received in full.
- Buyers may arrange their own transportation or we can arrange it at a cost.
- Standard delivery is local delivery (within a
30 mile radius of Duval
county, Florida) that involves one or two men, no stairs, or
"tricky" delivery situations.
- Standard (no steps), local delivery and setup is available when you
purchase a machine. There is a $50.00 delivery charge for games
under $1000.00. No delivery charge for games over $1000.00 for
standard, local deliveries.
- If you are not fully
satisfied with your purchase, and should we agree to refund your payment for the
merchandise, you will be responsible for all shipping/handling charges as
well as a 25% restock fee.
- Parts that are shipped for
replacement that are unused must be returned by the purchaser within
15 days of item being repaired or part cost will be billed to purchaser's

descriptions and counts are believed to be accurate, the seller will not be
held responsible for any advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies, or
changes since the advertising placement date.
